Philips Drachten is one of the largest factories within the Domestic Appliances and Personal Care division (DAP). Philips Drachten develops and produces shavers for the world market. It’s vision is to be the most important innovation & supply center of DAP. This can only be achieved with continuous innovation of new products and a swift and good ramp-up into production. Furthermore a qualitative production process is key. The shavers are produced in 2 production sectors, the process-driven factory (PDF) and the order-driven factory (ODF), supported by an engineering and logistics department.

Your Responsibilities:

The assignment involves a mapping of the Drachten goods and cash flows. Drachten has several different goods flows (finished products to end-consumers, shaving heads to Zhuhai (China), engineering for thirds, usage of expensive materials in production) and cash flows (BOM cash out, outsourced services etc.)The final product should be a handbook with the different flows, their values, risks and internal control points.
