Description

Provide a full-time college student with practical work experience in an academic field of study deemed useful to General Motors. Work involves a variety of duties related to the student's field of study. Students classified as college interns work during a non-academic period not to exceed the amount of time equal to one academic term. Students classified as college co-op students alternate between periods of work and academic terms. They must also meet the appropriate criteria set forth by a school with a sanctioned co-op program.

Qualifications

Strong oral and written communications skills
Strong analytical ability
Good academic standing

EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

Currently enrolled in a program working toward attainment of an undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited college or university
Degree being sought must fit with future business needs of General Motors
